The CC1212-XLi is a versatile and powerful charger, ideal for charging batteries rated up to 240Ah* and maintaining batteries rated up to 360Ah. Designed for 12V conventional lead-acid batteries, this charger provides superior performance with multiple settings for different battery types and charge rates. Simply follow the indications below to select the correct battery type on your CC1212-XLi:
Battery Type Settings
SMF [Calcium]: Use this setting to charge Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) flooded calcium batteries.
AGM/Flooded: Select this setting for Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) and maintainable flooded batteries.
Gel: Use this setting for Gel electrolyte-type batteries.
*Based on 5 to 30% of battery Ah ratings. For optimum charging, 10% of the battery Ah rating is recommended for flooded batteries, and 20% for AGM and Gel batteries.
Charge Rate Settings:
The CC1212-XLi has 3 charge settings: 2A, 6A, and 12A, providing flexibility based on your battery's capacity and needs.

2A – Maintenance Mode:
- Designed for small batteries between 6 and 40Ah.
- Maintains larger batteries up to 120Ah.

6A – Silent Charge Mode:
- Charges lead-acid batteries between 20 and 120Ah.
- Maintains batteries up to 180Ah.
- Ideal for motorcycles, small vehicles, and leisure applications.

12A – Rapid Charge Mode:
- Charges batteries between 40 and 240Ah.
- Maintains batteries up to 360Ah.
- During this mode, the internal fan may activate to manage heat and maintain safety.

When using the CC1212-XLi, always select the correct charge rate for your battery to avoid overcharging and prolong battery life. For flooded lead-acid batteries, use a charge rate equivalent to 10% of the battery's Ah rating. For AGM or Gel batteries, a higher rate of up to 20% is suitable.
