Picked up a SuperCharge battery for my Range Rover from Superstart Batteries East Tāmaki — really impressed with the whole experience. Eric, Andrew, and James were all super helpful and professional. They made sure I got the right battery for my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and got it all sorted quickly. Great service, fair pricing, and a solid team. Highly recommend if you’re after a reliable battery and good old-fashioned customer service.

Rang a few places for a battery for my earthworks machine and none of the part number matched up and machinery have different terminal location. The owner at superstart knew straight away what type of battery I was after saving me time driving around town. Definitely give this place a go before going anywhere

In the end my experience here was a 5/5 thanks to Andrew ( not sure if I spelt name correctly) and his professional manner. What was initially a very scary encounter with another worker here, who said he was the manager was taken care of by Andrew. My son in law was upset at the way the manager was yelling at me in particular and it became a heated exchange with the manager telling us to f$@k off however Andrew was taking care off it and up untill the manager jumped in everything was fine. Perhaps he thought we were complaining or maybe he was having a bad day, not sure but he really freaked me out and I don't blame my son in law for getting upset. I'm not sure if I would step into this shop again. I would highly recommend the worker Andrew as he was very calm and professional and I do hope you go far in whatever industry you choose.
